ES3, a creative services company in Rochester Hills, MI, collaborated with the crew at Moon Kochis to create a video for client Meritor. Working with independent producer Chris Messina, cameraman Mark Kochis shot video segments incorporating animated paper cut-outs, live action, and props in Moon Kochis’ on-site insert stage. The shoot proved very challenging, because all elements were moved on camera by hand, and needed to be timed to match with sound effects and voiceover that would be added in post. In the Moon Kochis edit suite, editor Tom Burr and producer Chris Messina, spent many hours combining all studio elements and searching out the numerous sound effects needed, to achieve the proper look & feel of the program. The result was a unique piece showcasing the Meritor MTA™ Low-Mount Suspension system.
