The event which raises funds and awareness for diabetes research, raised more than $2 million, making it one of the largest of its kind in the nation for JDRF.<\/p>\n<div id=\"stcpDiv\">Cynthia and Edsel B. Ford II, longtime leaders in the effort toward finding a cure for type 1 diabetes, announced their personal $1 million major gift to JDRF at the gala.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
